Our Ladies only Kickboxing class in Blackburn has been designed to help you get fit and teach you Kickboxing and self-defence skills.
The class is suitable for beginners of ages 10 plus. If you want to get fit, tone up and have lots of fun, this is a great class for you. Alternatively, if you already have the skills, this is a good way to brush up on your techniques in a friendly and supportive environment.
