Z’s Defence Academy offers private sessions which are ideal if you’re new to Martial Arts or feel intimidated taking part in group classes. We offer a personal trainer on a 1-2-1 basis who purely focuses on you and your goals. They can incorporate the latest training techniques into your workout so that you get the best possible workout on every visit. Workouts can be tailored to last anything from 30 mins to 1 hr depending on your fitness needs and goals.
