YOGA

We are pleased to be offering a tailored Yoga session delivered by a qualified instructor Karen on a monthly basis.

We know that Yoga is something many people practice in their own time and homes; Yoga makes you healthier and feel better in body, mind and spirit. It involves practicing the specific yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation. It gives you strength, flexibility and improves muscle tone and stamina. Real happiness comes when a person achieves the actual goal of yoga, which is optimum physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

We are due to offer regular yoga sessions, we will post dates and times on this website. The session is around 60 minutes long and can be practiced by people of all abilities.
