Courses/ Workshops

Z’s Defence Academy provides 4-week Self Defence Courses and Workshops in your local community centre for women/girls age 10 years and over. You will learn Personal Safety Tips, Street Awareness, Risk Analysis, Theory on Self Defence and Physical Training. You will receive a folder packed with knowledge and certification on completion. Learn how to protect yourself and stay away from danger.

Weekly Fitness Sessions & Private 1-2-1 session

Our aim is to develop the fitness, strength and flexibility of our students. Covering a variety of Martial Arts such as Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Krag Maga, Self-Defence training. All our fitness sessions are structured for beginners to advanced and all different fitness levels/abilities. No matter why you’re training we are here to help you reach your fitness goals.

Community Project

We offer a mobile service where we bring the equipment and training to you. We deliver sessions in community centres, workplace’s, charities and businesses. We tailor the session to meet your individual requirements. We also offer accredited online qualifications to develop your knowledge and this gives an opportunity for people to progress in their career.

Walking/Hiking

Walking is a powerful cardio workout and proven to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. It has limitless health benefits and keeps your metabolism working fast. Walking with other people can turn exercise into an enjoyable social occasion as well as a chance to socialize and make friends. We aim to offer regular monthly walks to improve and maintain your overall health.

Yoga

Yoga makes you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. It gives you strength, flexibility, Improves muscle tone and stamina. Real happiness comes when a person achieves the actual goal of yoga, which is optimum physical, mental and spiritual well-being. We aim to offer regular yoga session to improve your wellbeing.

Volunteering

Do you want to give something back to the community and make a difference to people’s lives? This is an opportunity to develop new skills or build on existing experience and knowledge. We are looking for volunteers to help us with various projects and activities to learn valuable life skills. We offer a fantastic benefit package in return for the time you give us.
